Bundaberg is one of 22 local communities from across the nation that’s featured on the custom Australian Community Relief Monopoly game board to raise funds for Red Cross.
Bundaberg replaces Pall Mall from the classic original board.
In addition to showcasing some regions that were severely impacted by drought and fire in 2020, the game also highlights community spirit and stunning scenery.

Five dollars will be donated directly to Australian Red Cross per Australian Community Relief Edition Monopoly game and $2 from each Monopoly puzzle.
Winning Moves, manufacturers of the official Australian Community Relief version of Monopoly under licence from Hasbro, say the games will be sold through retailers nationwide.
Spokesperson Charlotte Waalkens said it had been difficult to choose which locations to include on the board.
“There are so many phenomenal places to choose from in Australia, and we wanted to showcase places above and beyond the usual cities or hotspots,” she said.
“The communities chosen have all gone through a tough time for one reason or another as everyone has in 2020.
“We thought they deserved something special to remind everyone how incredible they are, and help inject some positive spirit through the Australian Community Relief Monopoly game.
“We wanted to provide Australians with something positive in the challenging year that is 2020, and highlight how incredible our own backyard is, while also supporting Australians in need.”
Launching today (Wednesday, 25 November), the games will be available at Big W, Sanity, QBD, Dymocks, Toys R Us, The Iconic, Catch, Meeple, Hobbyco, Mr Toys, The Nile, The Gamesmen, Gameology, Gameshop and Gamesworld.
