An event designed to connect job seekers with employers who value individuality and support inclusive hiring practices will be held in Bundaberg next week.
Join IWC NDIS Local Area Coordinator Partner in the Community (LAC PiTC) at Brothers Sports Club Bundaberg for the special EmployAbility event focused on promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
If you’re living with a disability and looking to boost your job readiness, this event is for you.
IWC NDIS Local Area Coordination (LAC) will be providing hands-on support, including resume-building assistance, interview practice and practical tips to help job seekers approach job applications with confidence.
LAC Services Manager Cirsty Murphy said everyone was welcome to attend.
“We believe that diversity is a strength, and we’re committed to creating opportunities for people from all walks of life,” she said.
“Whether you’re just starting your career, looking to take on new challenges, or seeking a workplace where your special skills are valued, this event is a place where you can find your fit.
“We’re excited to bring together employers who embrace inclusion and job seekers who are ready to make a difference.
