A Bundaberg resident or visitor is walking into the working week as a multi-millionaire after winning more than $3.3 million in the weekend’s Saturday Gold Lotto draw, but they may have yet to discover their good fortune.
The mystery Wide Bay winner held one of the six division one winning entries nationally in the Saturday Gold Lotto draw 4547 on 15 February.
Each division one winning entry scored $3,333,333.34.
Officials from The Lott are eagerly waiting for the ticketholder to check their ticket and come forward.
The winning entry was purchased at Chippindalls Newsagency, 116 Bourbong Street, Bundaberg.
Chippindalls Newsagency owner Peter Heaps said it was super exciting to have sold a division one winning entry worth $3.3 million.
“It was great news to hear that we had sold a division one prize in Saturday Gold Lotto,” Peter said.
“It really was exciting, and we’re all feeling on cloud nine.”
“We’ve been telling as many of our customers as we can that we’ve sold a division one winning entry.
“I think our customers will want to know that we sold a division one winning entry and I’m sure it will make them happy.
“To be honest, it has been a while since we sold a division one winning ticket.
“We’ve sold two or three in the last 20 years, so we’re really pleased to add another to the tally.
“Congratulations to the winner.

Check your ticket
The Lott spokesperson Anna Hobdell said she hoped the region’s latest division one winner checked their ticket and would come forward soon.
“Our elusive winner is likely oblivious to the fact they’ve won more than $3.3 million in the weekend’s Saturday Gold Lotto draw and become a newly-minted multi-millionaire,” Anna said.
“We’re urging anyone who purchased a Saturday Gold Lotto ticket from Chippindalls Newsagency to check their tickets today!”
