Surf Club Drive, Moore Park Beach will be closed from Monday 17 February at the intersection of Park Drive to all vehicles and pedestrians for a period of approximately 8 weeks to facilitate the safe demolition of the old Surf Club building.
A designated working area needs to be strictly maintained to ensure that the removal of hazardous materials can be performed safely.
The footpath area in front of the new Surf Club building will remain with beach access available in front of the Holiday Park.
Beach goers are advised to adhere to signage and directions in relation to safe access to the beach in the area and be aware that beach frontage works will continue during this time.
