Wide Bay Bowls Classic (WBBC)
Burnett has entered a team in Division 2 for the WBBC.
Div 2 consists of Men’s Fours, Men’s Triples, Men’s Pairs, Mixed Fours and Ladies Triples.
Therefore, we require 11 men and 5 ladies each week.
The following Clubs have nominated for Div 2 – Bargara, The Waves, Urangan, Pialba, Woodgate and Burnett.
We will have either 3 home games and 2 away or 2 home games and 3 away.
The Draw will be published shortly as soon as it has been finalised.
Any members wishing to be considered for selection need to put their name on the list on the Noticeboard by Tuesday as the selectors will be meeting shortly to select teams for round 1.
Round 1 is on Saturday 1 March.

Club News
Club opening hours are – Monday (Club closed), Tuesday 10am – 5.30pm, Wednesday 11am – 9pm, Thursday 2pm – 9pm, Friday 10am – 9pm, Saturday 10am – 6pm (10pm for Functions) Sunday Bowls Days 9am – 2pm.
Friday 14 February – the Goose Club raffle will be drawn at 7.00pm – tickets are $1 each with 15+ prizes to be won.
Tickets can be purchased from the bar or bought on the night.
The members draw will be conducted after the Goose Club draw and is currently $390 – members must be present at the draw to claim the cash.
Live entertainment on Friday evening will be provided by Abigail Williams.
So come down to the Club for a great night out with the chance to win some cash and raffle prizes.
The Bistro will be open and operating on an Interim Menu.
