The Bundaberg Integrated Transport Strategy has been jointly funded and developed by the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) and the Bundaberg Regional Council (BRC).

The draft Bundaberg Integrated Transport Strategy has 46 infrastructure and non-infrastructure solutions for TMR, BRC and other state agencies to progress.

It’s the first of its kind for our region to identify and prioritise transport initiatives to 2046.

The full draft strategy is now available for community members and groups to provide feedback until the end of 2024.

If you only have five minutes, find a summary factsheet of Council’s priority projects and the feedback form here: https://bunrc.au/r/BITS

If you have a bit more time, download the full draft strategy here or on the TMR project page.

Provide your feedback by:

  • Attending the consultation session at the Bundaberg Civic Centre from 5.30 – 7 pm on Friday 2 Dec 2024
  • Calling 1800 335 625
  • Emailing BITS@tmr.qld.gov.au
  • Using the online form or map here: https://bunrc.au/r/BITS

Consultation on the Bundaberg Integrated Transport Strategy is open until the end of 2024.
