How to: take part in Be Active Be Alive

Be Active Be Alive
The Be Active Be Alive program is out now with a range of free group workout classes for all community members to enjoy.

Bundaberg Regional Council’s popular fitness program Be Active Be Alive is back with a range of free and fun activities on offer across the region.

The ten week program runs from 7 October to 15 December with 15 different exercises to try including yoga, ciruit, pickleball, line dancing and spin combo.

Those interested in taking part can find the full schedule here with no fees or bookings required, just bring your own towel, water bottle and sun protection.

Classes will be held both outdoors and indoors in locations across Bargara, Bundaberg, Burnett Heads, Childers, Elliott Heads, Innes Park, Gin Gin, Moore Park Beach and Woodgate.
