The Milbi Twilight Table is back next month, offering guests a twinkling three-course dinner experience in the Bundaberg Botanic Gardens.
Set on a long table within an enchanting light tunnel, the menu will feature native flavours and the best in local produce in an immersive outdoor cooking experience courtesy of Yagoona BBQs.
Diners can enjoy the smooth sounds of Carlos C Major serenading them while they eat before dancing the night away under the stars.
Yagoona BBQ owner Emily Cleaver said the Bundaberg-based business was excited to be part of the Milbi Festival again this year.
βIt was wonderful to see Yagoona grills centre stage in the beautiful Bundaberg Botanic Gardens creating an amazing outdoor kitchen under the stars!β Emily said.
βChefs Russell Czinege and Tobias Schloz from Bay Fusion delighted many patrons during the 2023 Milbi Festival, showcasing the Yagoona Grills range beautifully.
βA huge variety of tasty delights infused with wood-fired flavours helped create some really special experiences!β
Emily said their products were the perfect fit for the Milbi Twilight Table event, designed to create a theatrical experience and encourage people to experience their food together.
βWe are spoilt here in Bundaberg with such fresh high-quality produce and the flavours are deepened when heat is applied,β she said.
βWe personally love how Yagoona brings people together around the fire and creates those memorable moments.β
