Bundaberg Regional Council meetings are open to the public and livestreamed, with upcoming meetings dates for the new Council set.
Meetings of Council form an integral part of the planning, policy and decision-making process.
Council Briefing Meetings are held once a month, generally on a Wednesday prior to the Ordinary Meeting, commencing at 9 am (or as determined by Council).
Ordinary Meetings of Council are held once a month, generally on the last Tuesday of each month, commencing at 10 am (or as determined by Council).
Residents can access the livestream, as well as minutes and agendas, on Council’s website.
The livestream is activated on the relevant meeting day and will remain on the page so it can be watched at any time.

The meeting schedule will be reviewed prior to the end of the current financial year, with the budget due to be handed down in July.
