There is plenty on offer at the Childers Neighbourhood Centre in the coming weeks with a program focusing on wellness.
An event not to be missed is the upcoming pamper evening hosted by the Isis Child and Family Support program who believe that taking care of yourself is part of taking care of your family.
The community is invited to relax and enjoy themselves on Tuesday 12 September from 6 to 8 pm, where they can enjoy a hand massage, participate in a divination of mindfulness, make their own foot soak to take home and wander around the stalls to sample products.
The evening will also feature a nail station, prize giveaways and a selection of hot and cold food platters.
The cost is $10 on booking, which is essential by 8 September to secure your spot.
Call the centre on 4130 4690 or email cnc@bundaberg.qld.gov.au.
