Today we were honoured to have our Patroness Pat Royan with us for the afternoon.
Two games of three bowl pairs, 15 ends each with a lovely afternoon tea to follow.

Thanks Pat and Rob for your generous sponsorship, and support over the years.
For those who are unaware, Pat and Rob were original members of the bowls club when it all began almost 50 years ago.

Rob is still bowling three sometimes four times a week, sadly Pat has hung up her Uniform for good due to health issues.

HAM DAY:
A fabulous day was had by all who came for our Ham day, with 18 hams up for grabs, 15 for the bowls results and 3 for the well supported raffle.
Ray Henderson, Lorelle Mattson and Cheryl Goodhew were the lucky raffle winners, taking home a rather tasty looking ham.
We also opened the “woofer “ tin which contained $384.40!
President Wayne was a bit concerned about the missing 60cents which resulted in much laughter and good fun!
The closest guess board was won by Ian Kirby taking home the $100 prize money, with Robyn Bishop and George Weir tied for second receiving $50 each.
The tin contents will be donated to a charity to be decided at a later date.
Thanks to all who supported this bit of fun.
