Parcel lockers have been introduced to a new Australia Post store in Sugarland Plaza, which celebrated its grand opening earlier this week.
The new store, situated at the entrance to the Food Court, now offers online shoppers another delivery option for parcels with the installation of secure 24/7 Parcel Lockers.
Customers can collect their parcels day or night by using a one-time PIN/ Barcode sent to them via SMS or email.
Sugarland Plaza Centre Manager Susanne Mcloughlin said the expanded store, which offered Australia Post Parcel Lockers, marked a significant addition to the centre.
“This makes it even easier for our customers to access parcel deliveries in a safe environment,” she said.
“The new 24/7 Parcel Lockers are incredibly secure, private and convenient for anyone who has a busy schedule.
“The new store will also include 600 internal weather-proof PO Boxes, designated Australia Post car parks and a new and fresh retail experience.
“Sugarland Plaza prides itself as the centre for the community, and continues it commitment to provide a safe and convenient shopping experience.”
You can find the new Australia Post Store at the entrance to the Food Court on the Johnston Street side of the centre.
