Council’s 2021 Community Satisfaction Survey will be underway soon and some residents may be asked to provide their feedback over the phone.
Taverner Research has been engaged to undertake the survey and will start calling residents from Wednesday 13 October.
As part of the survey, residents will be asked to rate their satisfaction with Council facilities and services and detail the importance they place on each of the services provided.
An online survey will also be available following the completion of the phone survey.
The previous Community Satisfaction Survey was held in May 2019 with 1151 people participating over the phone and online.
The results of the last survey have provided baseline data with which the latest survey results can be compared.
The online survey will be open from Sunday 17 October until 10 am Monday 1 November.
With a number of fraudulent phone calls making the rounds, residents are assured of the authenticity of the Community Satisfaction Survey and reminded that, as part of this survey, Council does not require any personal financial information.
