Powerful and emotional vocals coupled with inspired guitar solos makes Gypsy Lane a must-see duo and they’ll be at Sugarland Tavern on Friday night.
Gypsy Lane began performing and entertaining Bundaberg audiences around two years ago. The duo consists of Jay Furnish, creator and artistic guitarist, and the wildly talented vocalist and musician Bre Ferguson.
Accomplished musicians in their own right, Bre and Jay collaborate to bring a new soulful sound, tone and groove to the music we all love to hear.
When you combine the inspiration Jay draws from guitar legends Eric Johnson and Jimi Hendrix with Bre’s musical influences of Paramore, 30 Seconds to Mars, Katy Perry and others, the duo’s repertoire quite literally goes from A to Z, playing groovy tunes that audiences can dance to or simply sit and enjoy.
“We love adding extra funk and rhythm variations into our songs, having fun and creating memories,” Jay said.
“It’s amazing to see the audience connect with Bre’s powerful and emotional vocals.”
Gypsy Lane are a must-see when planning your live music weekend.
You can catch them from 8pm at the Sugarland Tavern this Friday night, 15 November.
