Popular Australian music duo Busby Marou will be performing at Sugarland Tavern tonight as part of their Central Queensland Great Divide album launch.
Originally from Rockhampton, Thomas Busby and Jeremy Marou are on tour, arriving in Bundaberg from Gladstone and heading to the Sunshine Coast tomorrow.
Marou is of Torres Strait Island heritage and both performers come from musical families.
At the APRA Music Awards of 2012, the duo won “Blues & Roots Work of the Year” category.
The pair said last night in Gladstone was a great show.
“Ears are still ringing from our loudest crowd choir yet.. ????????,” they said.
“Bundaberg tonight is going to be huge! See you at the Sugarland Tavern.”
