The Moncrieff Entertainment Centre is serving up a treat for the month of July 2019, with plenty of shows and events on offer.

There will be some big-name stars performing at the centre, including Toni Childs in her Retrospective Tour as well as pop sensation Isaiah Firebrace.

Bolshoi Ballet – Spartacus // QPAC Simulcast
Saturday 6 July, 7.00 pm

You are invited to become part of a state wide audience as Moscow’s mighty Bolshoi Ballet returns to Australia with its grandiose epic Spartacus.

Long considered the company’s signature ballet, Spartacus will be screened live from the Queensland Performing Arts Centre as part of the QPAC International Series 2019, with music performed by Queensland Symphony Orchestra and conducted by Pavel Sorokin.

Toni Childs Retrospective Tour 2019
Sunday 7 July, 7.30 pm

Join the legendary Toni Childs for a special two hour performance as she celebrates her 30 year anniversary of Union. Toni will be performing hits and fan favourites from Union, House of Hope, the Woman’s Boat and Keep the Faith. The second hour will be your introduction to Toni’s new music from two very special albums It’s All a Beautiful Noise and Citizens of the Planet.

Teddy Bear’s Picnic // Free Community Event
Wednesday 10 July, 11.00 am

Bundaberg Regional Council presents ‘Teddy Bear’s Picnic in the Park’. A morning of FREE family fun. Themed activities in Woongarra Street Park (behind Bundaberg Library) followed by free screening of Paddington 2 (G) at the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre.
Time: Activities 9.30-10.30 am, film starts 11.00 am
Cost: Free

Isaiah Firebrace

Isaiah has an incredible story. As a young boy he had nothing, except a dream. He attended high school on the banks of the Murry River and went without food in order to fund the 6 hours of travel that was required to get to his singing lessons each Saturday. He couldn’t borrow a dollar to buy lunch, but he knew his dream would become real, and one day he would be an international recording artist.
