The show stars John Blunt as Freddie Mercury. Blunt has returned from the United Kingdom after starring in the Queen biopic, Who Wants To Live Forever, making him the first and only person to portray Freddie Mercury on film.
The Bundaberg performance ended with an enthusiastic standing ovation.
Blunt said on Twitter: “Thank you all so much Bundy, we love you!”
Audience member Skye Shead said the amazing show left her speechless.
“I can see why these shows sell out again and again. Thank you for sharing that gift tonight it just amps me more for,” she said on social media.
The next big event in a busy year at the Moncrieff is Celtic Illusion on Tuesday, 16 April.
